I live in Milwaukee. 2013 Honda CR-V EXL AWD w/Nav fo $26,996 (not including the tax and other fee) is a great deal. Would you mind let me know which dealer you get this quote ? thank you.
Is the $26,996 just the price of the car not including destination fee ($830) and doc fee (?) and taxes ($2,024), tag/title (?)
If so then you will not be able to get it at $29,000 OTD unless you get the price of the car down. Taxes alone will take you over that, then you will have the other three fees.
I have been online with dealers in IL and WI also.
Have you contacted David Hobbs in Glendale. I can give you the name of a person there if you would like. I bought my car from them on Monday which was still considered the last day of the month. I had been working deals the whole month of March and emailing dealers between Wisconsin and Illinois and they were the ones that beat out everyone.
What is the easiest way to get a dealer down in the 23,000 range for a 2013 EX AWD. I see some people on here have got as low as 23,100 + tax. How can I get about the same? My dealer is Bianchi Honda in Erie, PA
The actual cost will be about $75 more since I plan on paying off the total finance loan right away. There is a prepayment penalty of $75 otherwise I'm paying like 3% interest for 60 months.
This seems to be a decent deal, but if I was willing to drive further, I prob could have shaved another couple hundred off the price.
Bought Honda CRV EXL 2013 with Navigation. MSRP was $ 31125.00 White with Black interior on April 18,2013 from Manhasset Honda NY
Paid 28900 minus they gave me discount Cash Back 750, Also i traded in my car for 2500 also paid down payment of 2000 plus tax plus paid cash 157.50 for plates. Financed it at 0.9. So I will be paying 444.75 for 60 months. Tony Singh is the Sales Man very nice man.
22,750 Price of Vehicle including destination
-750 flex cash ( pretty much a down payment using flex cash.
Will have exact numbers on taxes and fees. ( they gave me some numbers of the fees over the phone which I think are high so i'll have to negotiate that tonight.
What do you guys think of the deal. I agreed to it over phone with the manager, and going to go in and finish up the paper work tonight.
You guys/girls are using carwoo? it's a very nice site. Dealers won't get your info, so they won't bother you. You are just getting quotes. Very nice, I think this the best way of buying a car.
The lowest I have got on a 2013 LX FWD is $21602 from Norm Reeves of Cerritos, 2013 EX FWD is $23588 from Diamond Honda, they also offered lifetime powertrain warranty(!). This is in LA area.
Got my 2013 Honda CRV 2WD LX from Atlanta area deal, here is the email:
Here is your price quote on the 2013 Honda CR-V LX (A5) 4dr Front-wheel Drive Black
sale price 21,000 (including window tint)
doc fee 599.00
title fee 38.00
lemon law 3.00
out of state tag fee 199.00
It is a standard fee set by each dealer. for title and paperwork processing. in CO the title fee is $35 for the dealer the rest is profit really. however in this state if they set the fee, they are required to charge the same to every customer. so if they want to discount it they need to take it from somewhere else paperwork wise?
I bought both my wife and my CRV for the same price $22800 Plus tax, lic and $499 dealer fee. Both are AWD LX
wife's was financed at 3.4% with $1500 trade value
Mine was Honda finance at 0.9% with $7000 trade value
Purchased my 2013 EX-L w/o Nav last week. My first CR-V after 8 years in a Prius.

Initial bid was with the help of CARWOO.COM which I heartily recommend.
