I got mine on 12/31 and no survey yet but the holiday may have slowed things a bit. I guess my dealer gets higher marks. All the fluids are spot on and the tires were at 32 each when I went to Discount and had them all bumped to 34. The only thing they failed to take care of was the card with the winning lotto numbers missing from the glove box.

How did you receive it? Email? Phone? Mail?

We didn't get the survey yet. The car was purchased on 1/1 and picked up n 1/4. Our dealer invoice does not have email or phone number recorded though.

We got an email survey that's some sort of Google survey but not from American Honda. I gave up about half way through. Way too long.

My dealer had it set at 36 psi all around- changed it 34 and 32 ( owners manual says 33 and 30 )
usually set it slightly higher as it gets cold up north.

When I picked up my last CR-V it was a dealer transfer. Noticed the tire pressures were really high and that made me suspect the PDI had not been performed - I was correct. The dealer I bought the car from did the PDI as the other dealer had not do so after I questioned them with a little persistence.
