    hard to access usb ports

the 2 usb ports are hidden deep in the divider console. Not a thing to try and hook up while driving. I found short 12" usb extentions on ebay, that you can plug the male end in and leave it, the female will extend out of the console when you need touse a hard drive..It just makes things easier..for $3 post paid.

I have my USB memory stick with my music plugged in permanently and a USB cord long enough (3 feet I think) to reach my phone in the other usb port. When the phone is not plugged in the cord tucks into the center bin. When needed it is sitting right on top. Have 12 volt USB charger in console for use of passengers in right front seat.

Also tired of trying to plug into the bottom of the console, I ordered one of the 12" extensions.

Found an accidental cheap solution to organizing the console bin (I miss all the extra front seat storage in my 2007) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Women-Travel...ZZdobDVaeY1E-w

Fits the console bit pretty good and doesn't interfere with my USB cable (but the 12" extension will make it a bit easier). Lots of room to organize "stuff". You can turn it inside out if you want all of the pockets on the inside.
