    07 CRV locks cycle automatically

I have a 2007 CRV and the automatic door locks are working too well. After locking initially when starting off, they activate every time you come to stop and then go again - even though the doors are locked. Other than that the door lock and unlock normally. Any ideas?

We are having a similar problem with our 2007 CRV. The door locks would click after we driving and now the back door on the driver side unlocks itself right after you lock the door. It will not stay locked. We are taking it in to the Honda Dealer this week. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like a bad door switch causing the system to think the door was opened.

The answer is the door latch/accuator is bad. I bought my own for $40 and replaced it myself. You have to take the door panel off. My Honda shop manual detailed the instructions perfectly.

Sorry to revive an old post but is the actuator in the front door, rear door or do both doors have one?

Never mind, took door apart and see rear actuator. Strange thing is, I just unplugged it and put door back together and the actuator still unlocks itself even thought it's not plugged in.

i have the same problem, on my 07 crv, wants to keep on locking every time you stop and go, you hear the click trying to lock the doors, when doors are already locked. can it be disabled? or do i have a bad door lock actuator.
