Headlights keep blowing out!!

are you using overwattage or colored bulbs??

bulbs should be replaced in pairs.
generally when the first one goes, the second one is not far behind.

The bottom line is the reason you won't get hundereds of examples of this problem when you search on a Ford, GM or other Honda model is because THESE CRV's HAVE A COMMON DEFECT (let's stop blaming the bulb or the mechanic).

For me changing to a standard OEM type bulb solved the problem; I'd try that first. The ultra bright bulbs just are not designed to last more than 6 months... and in my experience that would be the high end of the life expectancy.
