Angry How are mice getting into my CR-V?

I just bought a CR-V a few weeks ago. This morning I go out to drive it and I find evidence that mice have been on the inside of the vehicle (Droppings on driver's seat and on center console). Any idea how they can gain access so that I can plug it?

All the windows and doors were closed.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    David

Most likely through the air intake for the blower motor ...Most cars do not have a screen / mesh over the hole under the wiper cowling .
