Anyone ever get that code? I read up and they said to change out the primary 02's?

The P07xx codes are transmission related. I'm not sure what P0701 code is for Honda, but a generic OBD II code for that is "P0701 - Transmission Control System Range/Performance".

Are you sure you wrote down the right code? Usually O2 sensor codes will start with a P01xx or P11xx.
