    how to read odometer

I know, a stupid question, but I dont know how many miles I have.
It says like 10,238 on top and below it says
    A 7650

It is the 10k or the 7k. does the A mean actual?

    thanks

    Kathy

    Wecome to the CRVOC Kathy.

10,238 will be the total mileage.

A 7650 will be the mileage for trip meter "A"

There is also a trip meter "B".

This will be covered in your owners manual.

Sometimes the decimal points are hard to see...765.0 is a trip odometer.

If you want to reset the trip odometer, press and hold the button for a few seconds in the lower right corner of the speedometer.

If you just press and immediately release the button, you can toggle in a circular pattern across these screens:
    1. "Trip A mileage with total vehicle mileage" (your current screen)
    2. "Trip A mileage with Trip A's average miles per gallon"
    3. "Trip B mileage with Trip B's average miles per gallon"
    4. "Oil Life in percent before the car wants an oil change"

If you have the owner's manual handy, they show this information on pages 69 - 71 (in the 2010 CRV manual, at least...)

    I hope this helps.
