2007 CR-V AC blows warm air when idling, but cold air when driving

My 2007 CR-V has recently started blowing warm air with the AC on when I'm idling, but once I start driving the cold air kicks back in after anywhere from few seconds to a minute or two. Any suggestions on what is causing this?

It's possible that the radiator fans are not both working when the AC is on. Check radiator fluid level when cool.
    Easy enough to check.

Thanks for the advice. I checked my radiator fluid level, and it was fine.

Start the car and then turn the AC on full blast and open the hood to see if BOTH fans are running. If the engine is still 'below' normal operating temp, at least one fan should be running as soon as you turn on the AC.
    If not, check the fuse(s).

PS: Hopefully someone else will add some checks to do.
PPS:Is your car running hot when it is running and not moving or when it is going real slowly?
