flashing D4 light, rough shifting...

this all started when i was troubleshooting a starting issue...during my troubleshooting, i ended up unplugging every sensor on the transmission (one at the time) and plugged them back in...now the flashing D4 light and rough shifting...think i got dirt in a connection? or is there something else i need to be looking at? how do you get the codes on these (i'm familiar with the ways to retrieve codes from the OBD-I GM's and Fords...but never messed with a Honda much...)? thanks in advance for your help!

Problem solved! Turns out a connector on top of the transaxle wasn't plugged in firmly...easy fix!
