Does anyone's CRV start like this??? (video inside)

Sorry for the double post but did not get any responses when I added this video to an old thread.

Does anyone's CVR pause and buzz like ours when the key is turned to the start position??

Dealer states that's suppose to happen with the CRV and its normal! (Been doing this after 6 months of ownership)
