Looks like it has been there for a while, ie not spillage from the oil change. (there is dirt caught in it and an air flow pattern.) It could be coming from the axle seal or the trans gasket. Have you noticed your oil level going down a little between changes, more than usual? Check this regularly if you are not already. If it is loosing a lot you should fix it. If just a little, maybe you can live with it. Any chance you have over filled the crank case when refilling. This is a good way to test/blow a weak seal/gasket.

i dont think its ATF because its dark color oil and ATF is pink/red. I think when i did my oilchange before ive over filled.

Easy enough to do. Have you checked to see how fast/much it looses over time/distance? I agree it does not look like tran oil, and it is running out onto the drive shaft. (more likely a shaft seal) I would check to see how much it is loosing over time/distance and if just a little, live with it. I assume you have checked to see that it is not overfilled now. I have had a problem with a number of mechanics overfilling the crank case when oil changed, so I made a deal with them. If they overfill it I get the oil change free. Since then no one has made that mistake again. Motivation and consequence, the only reason anything gets done right any more.

I swear these mechanics overfill the engine oil most of the time. My 98 crv did not have a single leak and I took it to a garage for an oil change. He overfilled and the next day there was oil everywhere leaking from the engine. That was five years ago, and I am still living with it. I just have to top up the oil evey two weeks. It just looks bad. I am going to do the seals soon. My solution to the problem of overfilling is I let them put three bottles of oil, and I put the half bottle myself.

That's a bummer. I like my solution better tho. Most of our dealers use bulk oil from the "hose", so they are just too lazy to adjust the output I guess. They always get real indignant when I ask if they are going to fill the crank case or over fill it? So then I ask for the free change if it's wrong deal.
