There is a weird sound when I make a full turn parking slowly

I have a 2008 crv 4x4. When i make a full turn parking there is a sound coming from underneath the vehicle. I thought at first it was coming from the front, but the mechanic said everthing was ok on the front. It doesnt matter if its left or right turn on full lock. I had it checked at local shop & was told that the 4x4 is locking up when i make a full turn. They removed the propeller shaft? so the rear wheels wont engage, just to see if the sound would still be there. And the sound was gone. Upon closer inspection they said they need to change the differential fluid & clean the filter inside the differential. Has to use honda differential oil dual pump fluid type 2. We dont have one here, is there any substitute oil?

Also i need my paint code, looked everywhere cant seem to find it. I totally forgot what color i have. I have the dark grey color. Please help!! Thanks.

It most likely is the rear diff fluid that is worn out. I have not heard of a filter inside, and in any case I have never heard of anyone cleaning it during the fluid change. Change the fluid and use Honda dual pump fluid type II if possible.
