2013 CRV, 1500 mi, right rear interior hook (cargo area) is somewhat loose and rattles... part number is 84661-T0A-A01ZC

Anyone know how to tighten this up? The left side is pretty firm and does not rattle.

I have not yet used these hooks once, so I assume this is a factory defect or assembly defect? I will take to the dealer under warranty if necessary, but was hoping for an easy fix.
