    2000 CR-V Clutch Problems

About a month ago, my clutch started to lose tension. There would barely be any tension when I started my car in the morning, but after about 20 mins. of driving, I have full tension. The other day, I couldn't get my car into gear, and it turned out I was out of Dot-3. I just had the clutch master and slave cylinders replaced, and I am still having this problem. Any ideas?
