have you emailed a filipino honda dealer to see if they would sell?

also only having part number wont do much good, unless you find a willing dealer.

you will also need the wiring harness'.

have you thought about europe or south america? shipping may be less

Well I do have personal contacts in the Philippines. Waiting for responses back from them.

What wiring harness are you referring to? The relay wiring harness where you can find on ebay which you plug between the stock car harness and the HID ballast/bulbs?

Anyways it's 2010 I need now, not 2012.

you will need the sockets/connectors to fit the new bulbs.

hid's are more complex, buy OEM if you can, it should be easier
