Paint chips on hood!!

Ouch!!! Not even 2 weeks old and have 3 small paint chips on the middle of the hood! Not sure what caused them, don't think it was rocks from the freeway! 1 appears to be right down into the middle, sort of a scratch/chip combo! Will stop at honda tomorrow and pick up paint! But i see they do not have the "pen" but a brush application! My Acura's had the pen--where it was paint on one end, then the clear-coat on the other!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I bought a used 2010 CRV from CarMax about a month ago. In the last few days, I have been noticing these paint chips
too. The pen device sounds interesting. Where can you buy them?

I think all of the Honda touchup paints have both the ball point pen and brush built into it.
