2008 LX rear disc brake pad change

Planning to DIY replace rear brake pads. Like to know how to get the piston back into flush position to accomodate thicker new pads.
Used C-clamp to push back piston on front disc brake job on dodge caravan. Wondering if it is the same with crv rear brakes or need to turn piston clockwise as I am seeing on youtube video on accord rear brake pad change. Advice appreciated. Thank you.

You can buy a tool at the auto parts store for around $6 that is specially designed to push the piston back in. Lately I've had a rash of calipers that are no good, after a while they freeze up and need a rebuild (I always just buy rebuilts instead of rebuilding them myself)
