New (old) '05 CR-V - Recommended maintenance help!

We purchased our '05 CR-V from a dealer that could not provide much in the way of maintenance history. It has 105k miles and the only record is of a transmission fluid change at 89k miles. I've changed air and cabin filters, along with oil & filter (all not bad...obviously changed at some point). I read the sticky on the rear diff. fluid change. Is there a maintenance interval chart available? Thanks for any help.

Do you have an owner's manual? If so, there's one in there. If it didn't come with one (mine didn't) you can find them on eBay pretty cheap (around $4). You might also be able to find it via a quick Google search. Hope that helps!

Here is a link that may help you. You are about due for the valve lash check and spark plugs. Change your transmission fluid at least every 30,000 miles with Honda Fluid only!

They have maintenance schedules and owner's manuals for free. I think you could also find out about recall information.
