    It's not a 'B12' code.

It's a Main Service code B (oil and filter change with visual inspections of the brakes, exhaust, suspension, etc..) with a sub-code 1 (tire rotation) and a sub-code 2 (engine air filter and cabin micron filter)

Even if you don't want to climb under your CR-V, you can swap the air and cabin filter yourself. For the cabin filter, you can save LOTS of money by buying the filter online and doing it yourself.

Why do you have to climb under the car to change the air & cabin filter?

I was trying to say that even if take your CR-V to the dealer/mechanic to change the oil and filter, you can easily change the air/cabin filters without climbing under the car.

I have a sub-code 2 (engine air filter and cabin micron filter) showing on my 2007 CR-V..

1.is it bad if I skip it?
    2. If I wanted to change it myself is it hard and where do I do it?

Cabin Filter and Air Filter DIY Instructions

You don't want to skip these services. You can order the filters on line from H&A or other on-line Honda dealers at a discount, or get them from your dealer. Each filter takes about 10 minutes to change and is extremely easy.
