I wasn't able to get a Dual XGPS150 in time for my trip to Minneapolis, MN, so I didn't install the iPad mount kit.

I'm planning a cross country trip. Here's what I just ordered for my 2006 CR-V SE:

Don, why did you decide to go with this arm instead of the flexible one?

It's a modular system, so you can go with either. My plan is to be able to switch between iPad and MacBook Pro, so the arm I chose is strong enough for either. When I'm not using the system, the arm can easily be removed.

I called Car Toys and they've got staff available today to get this installed. Hope to get things completed today and will of course post images.

Well as it turned out I traded in my 2006 for a 2012. I will need to circle back with RAM-Mount to get the proper base for this unit. Sorry for the delays, things got busy at work so I didn't make that trip to Car Toys (above).

However, I did go there last weekend to have some work done on the 2012. To get the Curt Class III hitch installed, along with hidden wiring for GPS and RD, and to install Autodim/Homelink mirror.

I'll need to come back once I get the right base.

Hey Don, can you post pics of your hitch and GPS and RD and Autodim/Homelink mirror. I have been considering adding a Hitch and GPS.
