Does it make sense to purchase a skid plate for a 2012 AWD? If so, which brand would you reccomend?
Currently only the OEM one looks best.
Only if you're planning to off-road your CR-V. Unless you just want the look...
Also the 2012 skidplate is purely cosmetic. It doesn't protect any of the engine parts, unlike the older 1st gen skidplate.
