College Hills Honda had some interior and exterior LED
replacement lamps for the V. I just visited their site and
see them.
Anyone seem them at another site?

Yes, eBay! Lower prices and lower shipping cost too. Downside is longer wait time to get your parts. Look to match the style and size and bulb number. Check lumens! Shop carefully, there is junk for sale on ebay, as well as good stuff. Look at sellers feedback and location.

From suggestions in other threads (IIRC - CvC and JustinTime and maybe others) I purchased some bulbs at superbrightleds.com and jlclightings.com. I'm going to create a separate thread since I'm doing interior and exterior lights.

Edit: I should mention that if you have a 2013 w/RES the "kits" College Hills sells do not have the correct bulbs. The RES has three wedge and two festoon lights.
