Air Vent Help

I accidentally pushed the plastic bar inside the driver's side air vent next to the door and now, it doesn't move the other three flow blades inside. How it happened is really silly so I won't get into how it happened. Is there an easy way to remove that vent without disassembling the whole dash?

DanOThe 04 we have isn't home right now or I would take a quick look. Here's an illustration that may help. I "think" it just pulls out if I recall correctly.

Thank you for the info. I'll try prying it out tomorrow. Hopefully I don't wreck the dash around the vent too much. ;)
