Can anyone tell me the recommended pressure in the air conditioning system on a 1998 CR-V, please?

Can anyone tell me the recommended pressure in the air conditioning system on a 1998 CR-V, please?Pressure or coolant charge? Refrigerant capacity (r134a) is 24.7 to 26.5 ounces.

I need to know the actual pressure if read from a guage on the high and low side...I think I am a little high...My readings are 175psi on the high side and 35psi on the low...What should it be?
