Where in Northern Ontario are you? My wife just spend a week in Kirkland Lake at her highschool reunion. :)

were not too much farther, about another 130 miles farther on hwy 11 in Smooth Rock Falls.

Wow. That is way up there. The closest I've been is a little place called Nellie Lake. I think it was right on #11. My wife has an uncle, who btw lives in Rouyn-Noranda, who drives a truck and had to make a delivery up there when we were visiting about 5 or 6 years ago. I love that country. :) No rush hour. :D
