Interior panel scratches/scrapes

My CR-V interior panels (the plastic ones the the back) have gotten a few small scrapes/scuffs on them from carrying around bikes and other cargo. Is there a way (product?) to remove them or smooth them out... or heck, even disguise them (the scratches are slightly lighter in color than the panel itself). My interior is the tan/brown color. :(

I have used a Sharpie on numerous plastic panels in the past. Sharpie has so many available colors that I have even matched up woodgrain so well that no one could tell, even when I told them about it. Start light and keep adding to it until you get the color match you desire.
