Shower & Fridge????

I recently got myself a CR-V, whilst doing research into specifications,reliability and any possible problems I noticed that SE versions have fridges and showers fitted, now I don't know if these were UK (European) fitment only, but I was wondering where they were fitted in the car and if they are still available as a retro-fit option??

Sure wasn't available in North America.
