I own a 2004 Honda CR-V and I wanted to know if anyoe knew if there was any way to lift it a few inches. I am in the process of trying to get a grill guard purchased and installed and that can be done. I want to soop it up a lil. C'mon peeps lemme know what I can do :-)

You can try spring spacers...

if you lift it too much, the tires won't touch the ground anymore. <grin>
there are at least 3 ways to lift:
1) longer springs/struts or
2) spacers above what you have now or
3) combination of both of these.
all of these have been done.
you also have to consider camber/toe adjustments. if you go too extreme, you may even have to consider longer axles.

I remember hearing rumors that there was a kit but they were never confirmed...
