Just picked up my '07 EX and on the PDI form there was a box that said "Install Body Plugs". However, it was conspicuously unchecked. And then in the glove compartment I found a little baggie of 4 chrome-plated plug type things; about the size of a dime, maybe a bit smaller and I started thinking "hmm...are these body plugs?". Anyone know? What the heck is a body plug and why didn't the tech check it off? I asked the dealer - they said they had no idea what they were - the car came from another dealer originally, and "those guys must have put the baggie in the glove box"! Thanks for any ideas.

call the dealer or go back in and ask them.

Well, a salesperson at the dealership gave me a realistic answere regarding the baggie of 4 chrome-plated cap type thingies in my glove box. Service said "dunno - they aren't a Honda part". Well, the vehicle came from another dealer who puts these little chrome plugs over the license plate bolts just as a nice visual touch. So, I think that mystery is solved.
We're still working on the "body plugs". I'm taking it in and have them show me these things, 'cause I'm too fat to crawl under and see them myself!!!

Yes, I was missing them. They're rubber grommet things that are designed to keep water and debris out of the frame members. The dealer found some and crawled under my V in the parking lot, sprayed a little silicone spray on them and installed them. Probably wouldn't have caused a problem, but they are supposed to be there, so I'm glad they are now. Dealer said they can be tricky to put in, so a less-conscientious worker might just blow 'em off. In my case, the clue was the PDI checklist where Install Body Plugs was unchecked. Case closed.
