I have an 07 Honda CRV and was wondering if anybody has changed a foglight on one? Do I have to remove the whole front bumper?

the whole driver's side fog light.Ouch. Since the bumper has to come off to install them, I would bet that it has to come off. Have you crawled under and looked at it?

The 99 and 04's came off in about 20 minutes, each. I think some of the people with 07's that installed fog lights have reported similar amounts of time.

thanks, hopefully i don't screw nothing up. I've been having bad luck with the V. First it gets rear ended so I have it fixed only to drive it home home and find the foglight smashed in. Only had it about 2 months.

Damn, you are having a bit of bad luck. Sorry to hear about that.
Look at the HandA website. They post installation instructions with the accessories. You can probably buy a replacement from them.
