I'm looking at a few 2002 CR-Vs (ex or lx with AWD), all just shy of 100k miles. I want to ask you guys, is there anything in particular I should look for or be weary of on this model. I know Honda quality, I've worked in the Marysville plant before and I know their standards, but there is always the chance of a design flaw that I may want to look out for!

2002 was the first year of a redesign.

That was one of my concerns, but I actually havent heard of too many hiccups in this new-model redisgn/retool....no where near as bad as with the new accords coming down the lines right now.

Thoroughly test the A/C system and verify if possible any repair or replacement of the system in the history of the vehicle. The 2G CRV has had many A/C breakdowns reported in CRV forums.
I owned a 02 CRV for 5 years with few minor problems, (loose driver's seat, brake caliper corrision, TSB's fixed both) although my mileage was low.
Also test drive for any PTTR symptoms. (another frequent 2G CRV forum issue).
