What are the proper lifting point on my 2004 CR-V and where should I place the jack stands for changing my oil?:confused:

What are the proper lifting point on my 2004 CR-V and where should I place the jack stands for changing my oil?:confused:Proper lifting points for the factory jack and proper lifting points for other needs are two different things. I place jack stands under the front, lower control arms and in the rear, under the rear control arms, near the rear wheels. Even easier is to get a set of ramps.

The Honda factory manual clearly shows where to use a floor jack in the front and in the rear. It also shows where to put the jack stands. The jack point in the front is in the middle of the car just behind the grill. It will lift the entire front of the car. The jack point in the back of the car lifts the entire rear of the car. Honda made it so easy! I'd suggest taking a look at the factory manual.
