The air conditioner on my 2000 CRV needs to be serviced. I noticed my local Schuck's Auto Supply store sells the cannister to recharge the air conditioning system. Is this effective, safe and easy to perform? Thanks.

If your are not experienced with repairing or working on a/c systems i would advice against it. The a/c system is pressurized and best left to professionals.
