Bluetooth

I got a cr-v EXL NO Nav
I want to get the bluetooth like my buddy has which runs thru your car speakers. And i want the best one im willing to pay good money i just want the best system out.
ANy suggestions? And i would prefer if it was wireless, but i heard that if i go wireless i will lose quality.
