1999 dies when cold

My daughter's 199 CR-V (formally mine, I now have a 2003) dies when idling when the car has not fully warmed up. An independent servicer thought it was something to do with the emission controls.

Any body had the same problem, and if so, what was the fix?

Any body had the same problem, and if so, what was the fix?Adjust the valves IMMEDIATELY.

This is one of the primary warning signs!
