Where to mount Radar detector on 04 CR-V

ALright I have had my CR-V almost a month now ad I should have asked this a while ago but I have a few questions. One, dos the CR-V hav an Athermic windsheild? and two were should I mount my radar detector I mount it low and center but I hear I have to mount it in those black bubbles up top any advice.

I understand the question you ask, but have never heard either way if the CR-V has one or not. Have you tried mounting it in both spots and driving tru known false areas so you can judge distance?
