Anyone Try Pirelli P4's

Hey I was looking at these on Tire Rack the Pirelli P4 Four Seasons 68 bucks for Pirelli's I am skeptical but I have read reviews that say they lower road noise and help with handling. The Duelers seem to feed into the understeer friendly CR-V. My issue is the snow I live in New York but I want something with some snow grip not a summer tire called all weather. ANy help would be greatly appreciated NYPD uses the tires on their unmarked and indercover small SUV's and sedans.

I would look at tirerack.com and look over the reviews as well as the tech charts for the tires. The ratings they have seem to fairly accurate from numerous sets of tires I have bought over the years. I have bought tires for common cars, trucks, SUV's, various old muscle cars, etc. from them and always had good results.
