Hi peeps,
I`ve been looking round to get the wife a small used jeep. I was having a bike ride today and this nice looking jeep grabbed my attention. It`s a 2000 plate, 115000 on clock, very nice looking inside and out, for £2700.
Basically it`s had a bump and been repaired, new headlight wing etc. What do you reckon?
Any feed back appreciated.....

I am assuming you are somewhere in Europe, most likely England?

If you fill out your location in your profile, it will help others to help you.

ps - Never call a Honda, a "Jeep".

I'm from Ireland originally and all small sport utility vehicles are known as "jeeps" over there, just like they call all vacuum cleaners "hoovers" :D

Seems a good price
So long as it's been repaired properly!!
Do the panel shut lines look ok, is the paint a good match, who repaired it and the main question is was it declared and does it's HPI records have it down as a Cat.D
Just to give you some idea I paid £3995 for a 2000 'W' plate CR-V ES with 95k on the clock in August last year, mine has had 2 previous owners and has a full service history from the local Honda dealer

Netcelt I know exactly what you mean, but a Jeep IS a Jeep a CR-V is a Honda, I can just imagine the reply from a diehard Land Rover fan if you went up to them and said 'Nice Jeep matey!!':D

LOL the diehard Landrover fan shouldn't be too upset as his/her beloved Landrover was based on a Jeep to begin with :D

But back to the post...if all is well with the CR-V the price doesn't seem too bad. The new ones are fairly expensive for sure.
