Since Canadian models have them standard I was wondering if the wiring was already in place for US models? They are a great safety feature as my Saturn has them and I recieve a insurance discount. Wondering if adding them would be feasible.

A SEARCH doesn't easily work on just terms like DRL - three letters are too small for the search engine This did recently come up and I believe there are a number of items that have to be added. There are aftermarket companies that have DRL kits for a reasonable price. Is your insurance discount that much to justify $100 or more to get DRL's? I realize they can add some safety, just wondering if insurance savings is a good way to look at the cost.

I don't know about the other years, but the 2007 and 2008 (all trim lines) come standard with DRL in the US. Nothing to add. Fog lights are a dealer installed option.

Good point. I didn't know what year he was referring to, since he has not filled out his profile, put in the location, or mentioned what year V he may be looking at getting or what year V he already owns...
