The bigger than a CRV and smaller than a Piolit, USA version of the now selling in Japan, Crossroad 7 passenger is headed to the states somewhere around 2011. Hopefully it will have the V-6 TDI with 5, 6, or 7 speed automatic transmission. The Piolit is due for a major redesign about the same time.:D

I knew that, it is supposed to be the replacement for the HR-V which is a vehicle that we never got here. Could you imagine how small that third row seat would be in a vehicle shorter than a Honda Civic???

If they loose the 3-rd row seat id love to see it come over as an entry level SUV in the Honda line up.

What would it really compete with thought? The Suzuki Grand Vitara and SX4 are smaller 4WD vehicles, and the Hyundai/Kia twins (Tucson and Sportage) are also smaller vehicles. I can't really think of any other ones that are THAT small or that close in size.
