Nice job!

I keep a receiver and ball on my 99 at all times. It is kinda like an extended bumper....

I like the way the Reese hitches come up tight to the undercarriage. They always look good!

I too keep the receiver and ball on all the time...and don't feel at all guilty about the Mazda blue paint stuck to it...moron even had the nerve to complain about the hole he put in his own bumper! :D

On a previous SUV we had, a moron rear-ended us at 35 mph. The tow truck had to pull the other vehicle off of ours, with a winch! The receiver/ball had actually punched a hole thru his bumper and into his radiator. Not much damage to ours, but his was trashed.

Serves 'em right! Hitches are great things.. useful even when not towing!

I picked up a Hunter Bull Bar that's going on in the spring, as soon as the weather warms up....

Why not just fabricate a spear, that way nobody will think about tailgating you. It would look like a stinger... You could conveniently back into cars that were too close and show the other guy you mean business...

Put your drawbars away, let the bumpers work like they are supposed to...

Nice job Bullseye. Is it something the average person would be able to do? I like to keep things factory wherever possible and I see you removed the bumper to install the factory harness. Might be beyond my comfort level....

Hitch looks good Bullseye. Any difficult points for the install you could share. I read somewhere else here that some silicone spray helps getting the muffler hanger removed.

Todd, I'm with 2RedVs, the drawbar kept an idiot from trashing the paint on my bumper. And it adds a safety factor.
