I have a Honda CR-V 1997 automatic which refuses to start. It has had a brand new distributor and ecu. I am fortunate to have access to a JK-100 code reader, there are no codes listed but when looking at the live data there is no engine rpm when the engine turns. I have had the wiring checked between the dist. and the ecu by a local auto-electrician who also checked the pulses were arrivng at the ecu. He agreed that everything was powered up and working but for some reason the ecu does not see the engine turn, so no spark, inj.pulses or fuel pump. Any idea`s or shall I call it a day and scrap it.
Cheers !!
