I installed the Prodigy brake controller and am very happy with it. I wish that I had a photo of my installation because it is really nice. There is a small storage area on the left side of the steering wheel on my 04 EX. I was able to trim some of the material off of the back of the plastic and the brake controller fit right in. It has been a stable, accessable, and out of the way place for the unit. I can quickly get to the manual knob for extra braking once in a while.
The storage area (hole) is on the right side of the steering wheel just above the cruise control, sun roof, and fog light switches.

You mean the left side of the steering wheel above the cruise control on/off switch. Correct ?

Were you able to use any sort of quick connect wiring harness or did you run your own wires?
Thanks!
