The US model does. It is discussed on page 58 of your owner's manual, if you have one. If you don't, see: https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/CR9898/CR9898O00057A.pdf
for US model information.

Thank you everybody, I want to check if there is a blown fuse, but the problem is that when I want to refer the scheme in the fuses lid I find it writen in chinesse or similar...... very useful for me..... so I am trying to find the scheme in english, spanish or french.

Does anybody know where can I find it??

Look in your owner's manual (page 267 & 268) or use:https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/RJAAI001_OMANUAL.asp

I just tried the on line manual for a 98. For some reason those pages are not available. If you don't have a hard copy manual for your 98 try the on line manual for a 97 or 99. The on line version seems to work for them.

We need another European member with a 1st gen to answer this question for you. In the North American models, it is not a fuse that controls the headlights on warning buzzer.

My 2003 CRV EX has a buzzer that no longer works. So if you leave the lights on, and remove the key from the ignition you get no sounds. I've checked all fuses, and it seems that this is not controlled by a fuse. Any ideas on what drives this? Is it a relay?

Not sure it's related, by my cruise control also stopped working about the same time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check the door switches to make sure you don't have a bad one...specifically the drivers front door. A defective door switch could trick the system into thinking that a door is still closed when it is in fact open.
