Anyone know if you can get this for Hondas?

I was wondering if there was a diagnostic tool for the Hondas? It reads codes allows you to reset Check engine lights and things like that. you can plug into your Laptop. Something along the Lines of a "Vag-Com" that A company called Ross-tech makes for the VW's. I would definitely be interested in something like this.

I know the VAG-COM quite well having used it on my AudiTT for many years. People do make various type of ODB-II readers that work across many makes/models. I don't know of a specific one for Honda, but it could exist somewhere.
