Can the 225 65R 17's on an '07 be replaced with 255 60R 17's without rubbing?
specs indicate .66 " taller and 1.8" wider...

I work at a tire store and it sounds like a very reasonable size increase
It should work
I 've never heard of it but less than 2 inches wider does not seem like a problem
The CR-V should have plenty of clearance for this tire
If you do it post some pics

I am putting 17x7 7 spoke ACURA TSX rims on my V. Tire Rack is suggesting a 225/55/17 tire. Would a 225/60/17 fit and what would give me the best ride and least noise?
Thanks

I'm guessing it'll give you somewhat of a softer ride since you're incrasing the sidewall height. But wouldn't road noise depend on the tread of the tire (pattern and construction)?
