installing sirius

hi i have a 2007 cr-v ex. i just bought a sirius radio sys. a stratus 4. i wanted it more for out of the car then in. as anyone installed one of these in their cr-v? with the xm antenna (which i think it is) right in the spot there i should be placing the sirius antenna. i was not sure what to do. plus running the antenna wires.
