being from a tuner background... and having a new (stock) crv... i started to search google... look what i found:

I am not a fan of the "wagon wheels" but I think the spoiler looks pretty good. Overall appearance is pretty good.

i tell u what, i have an 2007 cr-v. collor, glaisher blue matalic, its got the navigation systeam in it, ohh man is it nice. a smooth ride to. :) i like it.:)
