2008 LX mirror distortionDen 03-23-2008, 10:01 AM The drivers side rear view mirror on our 2008 LX has distortion in it. Cars in the mirror look taller and narrower than they really are. The dealer replaced the mirror - it's a little better - but still there. Has anyone else experienced this? Was the dealer able to get a good mirror to correct this? It's like a mirror in a fun house. I am not sure if Canadian TSB's can be found online. But if you call your dealer they will be able to pull it up. Den 03-27-2008, 11:11 AM Lizzurd, My dealer has replaced the mirror with another distorted mirror. Any chance that you could supply the updated part number to correct this? Service department says they can't access Canadian TSB's & he con't locate one here. Thanks lizzurd 03-27-2008, 11:16 AM I assumed that the US would have the same bulletin. I am going to search some more. Our LX has heated mirror which i just found out the US models don't. I am going to check with one of my american dealer contacts and see what info he can dig up for on the mirror problem. This is one of the times it becomes a pain in the rump that Honda has differences between canadian and US models. | |
